About Summa
The firm's name comes from the Latin word "summa" which can signify both "total" and "the chief point." It reflects our core mission: to provide comprehensive financial solutions that empower businesses to focus on what matters most and achieve their goals.
The name also honors Luca Pacioli who is known as the "father of accounting." His seminal work "Summa de Arithmetica" (1494) was the first published writing describing many modern accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping.

Founder & Head of Advisory Services
Will Kreuz is the Founder and Head of Advisory Services for Summa Finance Partners. He has over a decade of experience in various finance and accounting roles in multiple industries, most recently managing capital markets and liquidity for a leading fintech small business lender.
Will graduated from the University of Toledo with Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Accounting and Information Systems. He is also a CFA charterholder.
John Kreuz IV
